Does He know you?

Matthew 25:12

But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 


The dynamics of a relationship is that it requires the knowledgeable participation of two individuals. 


A relationship is established  by mutual knowledge of both individuals.


In our relationship with God, we are expected to seek beyond knowing God. Our desire should be that we might be known by Him. 


Being known by God is a function of our intimacy with Him and our ever enduring presence in His Presence.


It goes beyond just being a church goer. Rather it is man establishing Himself upon the heart of the Father by acts of unashamed faithfulness to all that is of God. 


Does He know you? Will God be able to testify of you as He did with Job or as He did of His Some Jesus?


If the Father doesn't know you, then you have no authority over even demons. 


The demon-possesed man said to the sons of Sceva "Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?"


And if you aren't known by the Father, you face the risk of being forever alienated from the Father. 


Being known by the Father begins with accepting Jesus as Lord and savior. Then through the help of the Holy Spirit, you live continuously in faithfulness to God. 


I pray that you won't be cast away by the Father in Jesus name.

Topic: Love Not The World Text: 1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him . John the Apostle had a personal relationship with Jesus during His time here on Earth. The relationship was so deep that he was referred to as "the beloved" of Jesus. Therefore, he understood what it means to love Jesus and be loved by Jesus. In his epistle, he decides to speak a great deal about love. Love is one of the major themes of this apostle. So much so it earned him the nickname 'The Apostle of love" John submission is that anyone who loves the world does not have the love of the Father. Which is why he encouraged the believers no to love the world, nor the things in it. Sadly, many believers have not only fallen in love with the world, but have laid in bed with the world. Theme: Isaiah 43:18-21 interpreted in relation to  Salvation. (Pt 11) Sub Theme: All will Honour God Anchor Text: Isaiah 43:20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. Based on our anchor text, we discover that the reason the beast of the field, dragons and the owls would honour God was because He gave waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Like we have established already that the Holy Spirit is the One who causes waters in the wilderness (salvation) and rivers to flow in the desert (Holy Spirit baptism). These creatures mentioned weren't physical rather they were spiritual entities. They were the demonic forces that try to oppose God's rule on Earth.
