Going to the ants XX (The renewal process of the Eagle II)

Text: Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.


The vitality of the eagle is legendary. Psalms 103:5 likens youthfulness to the life of an eagle. "Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's."


These majestic creatures can live for up to 30 years and a little bit above that. Yet, they live a life full of vitality. 


Once eagles reach the age of hunting after 12 weeks (maximum) of birth, they continue flying and hunting till death. 


This vitality even at such an old age borders on the supernatural. Most creatures lose their vitality, strength and speed as they grow older but not eagles. 


Isaiah 40:30 says "Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:" This speaks of natural youthfulness that is a characteristic of young age. 


However, your youthfulness can still be renewed, your life can still be full of vitality if you wait on the Lord to satisfy you with all good things. 


Belief is required to receive these good things from the Lord that will be keep you youthful throughout your days on earth.


Deuteronomy 34:7 says of Moses: "And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated."


Caleb said to Joshua in Joshua 14:10-11 "And now, behold, the LORD hath kept me alive, as he said, these forty and five years, even since the LORD spake this word unto Moses, while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness: and now, lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old. As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in."


Strength and vitality is possible even in old age. Youthfulness can be renewed by the Lord God of all flesh. 


I pray for you, may your physical strength be renewed. Any weakness in your body is cast out. It is possible to maintain vitality even in old age. Therefore I decree, even in old age your body shall still be full of strength in Jesus name.

Topic: Love Not The World Text: 1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him . John the Apostle had a personal relationship with Jesus during His time here on Earth. The relationship was so deep that he was referred to as "the beloved" of Jesus. Therefore, he understood what it means to love Jesus and be loved by Jesus. In his epistle, he decides to speak a great deal about love. Love is one of the major themes of this apostle. So much so it earned him the nickname 'The Apostle of love" John submission is that anyone who loves the world does not have the love of the Father. Which is why he encouraged the believers no to love the world, nor the things in it. Sadly, many believers have not only fallen in love with the world, but have laid in bed with the world. Theme: Isaiah 43:18-21 interpreted in relation to  Salvation. (Pt 11) Sub Theme: All will Honour God Anchor Text: Isaiah 43:20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. Based on our anchor text, we discover that the reason the beast of the field, dragons and the owls would honour God was because He gave waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Like we have established already that the Holy Spirit is the One who causes waters in the wilderness (salvation) and rivers to flow in the desert (Holy Spirit baptism). These creatures mentioned weren't physical rather they were spiritual entities. They were the demonic forces that try to oppose God's rule on Earth.
