Theme: Coping with Aging Identity (Subjective Aging) (Part 4)

Anchor Text: Psalms 90:12 New Living Translation
Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.

The fourth factor that brings about a change in age identity is "One's Health and General Well-being".

It's been discovered that a person who suffers from a certain health challenge can lose a grip on the whole essence of life and slip into a mental indifference which in turn alters such an individual's age identity.

The mental outlook of a person is also important. Those who practise positive thoughts rather than negative thoughts  tend to feel good and young about themselves.

Being able to control negative thoughts and emotions makes one feel younger.

The fifth factor which might seem strange is 'Physical inactivity'.

Those who were physically active had more likelihood to appreciate life and had a zest for life than those who lived sedentary lives.

Those whose daily activities and work routines required much movement and interaction with other people felt younger while those whose jobs usually keeps them at a particular spot throughout the day felt older than they actually were.

We'll continue next time with the diagnosis which we've began before we then administer the medication and cure. Feel free to  share you could be saving a life...

Stay Graced...
