Theme: The Test of Faithfulness

Anchor Text: Luke 16:10-12 (New Living Translation)
16:10 “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.
16:11 And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven?
16:12 And if you are not faithful with other people’s things, why should you be trusted with things of your own?

The principle of heaven concerning how it entrusts its resources to a man is based on the track record and ability of that person to properly manage that which he already has.

God doesn't release his blessings to a man who can't manage the present blessings he enjoys. So before handing over new resources which brings new responsibilities, He tests our faithfulness.

Every level we find ourselves in is a test to determine if we are qualified for the next level of blessings. The reason most folks don't break forth into new levels is because they have not graduated from the present level they are in. They've not passed the test of faithfulness.

What exactly is the test of faithfulness? It is your ability to efficiently manage your current resources and allocating them properly to the corresponding responsibilities.

The blessings upon your life is to meet the responsibilities of not just yourself but those around you. A man who fails in his responsibilities to God, family, strangers and himself is not worthy of new levels of blessings.

If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.

I pray that from today we all would pass the current test of faithfulness and step into our next level of blessings in Jesus name.

Stay Graced...
