The basis for God's judgement

Text: John 3:18-19
[18]“There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.
[19]And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil.
Many are quick to question why God will even think of judging the world even when He was the One who created it. Many even say the world is the way it is because that's how God wants it.
Yet, they fail to recognize that God created man who was the primary guardian of the earth and all that happens in it with free will. Man willingly let go of this authority over the earth by deferring to the devil.
We agree that genetic codes and materials are transferred from parent to child, yet, some refuse to accept that sin was also transferred down the bloodline of man as a result of Adam's sin.
For God to take back the authority man legally lost, God couldn't autocratically withdraw the legal right from the devil. It had to be done legally.
Hence, God had to become man who was the only legal being capable of getting back the title deed of the earth from the devil.
However, for this God-man to be free of the sin DNA passed down through the ages, He had to be a seed of the woman and not the man: For it is the man's seed that carries the sin DNA. The woman only acts as the womb. Hence, the immaculate conception of Jesus.
Being the first of His kind of a new race of mankind, Jesus became the pattern through which we all must conform to. To do this, we must legally accept and believe Him. The same way Adam legally accepted me believed what the serpent said.
The basis of judgement is now for those who have refused to in sense "evolve" into this new race of mankind. As the theory of Darwin suggests that evolution is required for an organism's surivial.
Humans have been seeking the next best human evolution, yet, we already have it in Jesus.
This is where condemnation and judgment comes. Not as a fault of God, but as a result of anyone who willingly refuses to become that which Jesus is.
They refuse because they love that which they are and are doing. They feel they are in the light whereas they grope in utter darkness.
God is not out to get anyone or is He a sadistic being ready to dump men into the lake of fire. Rather, our own actions or should I say our own inactions and refusal to accept the Way out who is Jesus is the basis for man's final judgement and damnation.
I pray that GOD's mercy will speak to the heart of anyone who is still refusing the Light of God's love in Jesus name.
